Flowers from an Agave americana (century plant)

Agave flowers are rather heavy. When they are 30 feet up in the sky, they don't look impressive (size wise). When they are on the ground, they are on big and thick stems, they are not ordinary flowers we use to associate with. To use them, I need a heavy container.
Here is the metal structure I put together last spring. I thought it was perfect in this situation. I don't care about water. Agave is a desert plant. Without water, they still can last for a long time.

Metal container: 32"x8"x8"
Arrangement: 32"x32"x24"
